We don't edit reviews. We don't delete them when an agent asks. Over the years, more than one agent has hung up the phone on me because I wouldn't take a critical review down. I'd rather lose the agent than lose the trust of the consumer reading this page.
If a client is unhappy, our policy is: don't argue with the review call the client and fix the relationship. Some agents do that. Some don't. The review stays up either way.
I read every review myself. I've been doing this for 15 years. The job isn't to look perfect it's to help buyers and sellers make real decisions, and to help agents get better. There are too many REALTORS® with nothing but 5-star ratings, and that doesn't help anyone.
