Together, they operate as Team Durocher across Southern Alberta, drawing on over 40 years of combined experience in commercial and residential real estate. After 50 years of serving the Calgary area community—including numerous volunteer awards and service on several Airdrie city committees—Martin also mentors and trains with Buffini and Company, shaping not just his own family’s future, but the next wave of agents across the region.
