The community features The Homestead (central gathering spot with coffee shop, meeting rooms, fitness centre, and boardroom), The Heritage (13,000 sq ft amenity centre with a large indoor playground, sand volleyball court, patio, event space, and multi-purpose gym), and The Arbor (park with bandstand, sports courts, skateboard and scootering area, and natural playground). Legacy also has a waterfall that cascades into a fishing pond.
The Legacy Homeowners Association offers six world-class amenity spaces included in residents' annual fees.
