Sirocco is located in southwest Calgary in the Pine Creek Valley, west of Macleod Trail. The community is nestled near the creek and offers stunning views of the Rocky Mountain foothills and Sirocco Golf Club. It is adjacent to the established communities of Silverado and Walden, with easy access to Stoney Trail, Macleod Trail, and three major access roads.
The Sirocco C-Train Station is located just north of Sirocco at 17 Avenue SW, near the community of Signal Hill. It is on the Blue Line and provides direct service to downtown Calgary in approximately 8 minutes. Multiple bus routes connect to the station, including routes 2, 94, 698, 699, 789, 894, and 895.
Sirocco is named as a tribute to the former residents and their prized Arabian show horse, El Sirocco. The name continues a legacy that respects the land, with the community designed to honour nature.
Sirocco offers a variety of product types for families of all stages, including laned homes, front-drive paired homes, front-drive estate homes, and villa-style homes.
