The bike is a reasonably good mode of transportation in Windsong because the bicycling infrastructure is comprehensive, and there are a limited number of hills for cyclists to brave. Getting around as a pedestrian is not very practical for property owners in this area since carrying out daily needs is impractical without a vehicle.
