Inglewood community is full of trendy places to shop and eat. Gorilla Whale serves up creative and loosely Japanese fare while you listen to the freshest beats and sip high noon sake. Ready for a hot tip? Order all of the yakitori and share! If you want something more relaxed, get an $8.00 Vietnamese sub from Delightful Café, walk a block north to 8th Avenue and find the nearest Little Free Library. Walk another block north and you’ll find the Inglewood off-leash dog park. Enjoy your sub with some light reading and canine companions. If you love the classics, the Inglewood Drive-In, originally opened in the 1940’s, is still cranking out classic drive-in burgers, fries and shakes. They are unreasonably tasty! My favourite is the Singlewood burger.
