My mom loves her home at Auburn Heights. The staff are so kind to her. Home care staff are thoughtful and respectful. Her suite is spotless thanks to Melinda. Melinda and other staff members also check in on her once in a while and makes mom feel special. Maintenance is quick thanks to Garfield. Health issues are addressed through medical or Homecare. Dr. Gopie is knowledgeable of geriatric issues and hes thoughtful and generous with his time during appointments. When we were visiting we are welcomed with friendliness by front desk staff. We were very impressed by the way Auburn Heights dealt with Covid. They were very professional and extremely caring to try to keep the cases down. Mom is comfortable and well cared for at Auburn Heights. She is happy.
