They will base this on factors such as location of your house, condition of house, price, timing, and market demand. The primary goal is to sell your house in the fastest time possible but also for the best price.

Always ask to see how long their own listings sit on the market. Compare it to other agents you interview and if theirs is high ask for an explanation.

Always be sure you are working with a trained, licensed professional. Every listing agent should be prepared to deliver proof of their Alberta real estate license to sell in your area.
