Access will be via an internal subdivision road network with piped water and wastewater systems. The subdivision will connect to Centre Street with recommended upgrades including widening to a four-lane cross-section between Railway Avenue and Dead Horse Road.

While council ultimately did not support the amendment at this time due to infrastructure study concerns (water, wastewater, stormwater modelling), administration will work with the Technical Review Committee to conduct a County-led overview of how best to amend the Langdon ASP going forward. Findings are expected to be presented to Council in July 2026.
