Thorncliffe is nice. It's an older neighborhood, 1960's, which is what's considered old here. That means good sized lots and trees, and reasonably close to downtown. It also means a lot of outdated homes, and retired neighbors. There are a few community and rec centers. Parts of it may be considered "NE", but this is the nice part of the NE.
