I have been renting a house in Kensington area for 13 years. I have had my car stolen, windows smashed and my tires Slashed twice within a year. Some people are friendly and some people are snobs but I like it here. I keep to myself pretty much all the time. Neighborhood watch would be nice. Maybe I should check into it.
