We had prepaid for seats for a movie. When we went to the specific theatre door, and a different movie was listed. A manager came and explained to us that one of the theatre projectors had broken down, and so they had cancelled the showing of our movie. The manager gave us an option of seeing Star Wars or the Greatest Showman. He also gave us some free movie passes! We saw The Greatest Showman and really liked it. Excellent customer service, thank you Landmark Cinemas!
