Sage Hill Retirement Residence offers a warm and welcoming independent living home for seniors. The close relationship with Alberta Health Services means there is a seamless ability to provide extra assistance for seniors when they need it. No extra negotiating with multiple agencies. Their competent team handles it all in-house with staff that the resident sees in the hallways every day. We did not anticipate how important this would be but when our mother’s care needs escalated soon after her move in, we were extremely thankful that she had chosen Sage Hill Retirement Residence. The staff were consistently available and promptly answered our questions and concerns and adjusted her care plan as needed. We had never dared to hope for the care and support she received, one that did not require a move to another facility. Without exception, the staff at Sage Hill were competent, compassionate, respectful and genuinely interested in our mother’s wellbeing. From the front desk staff, to the health care staff, to the caretaker, to the administrative staff, everyone displayed these traits. Obviously, there is a culture of concern that is successfully cultivated at Sage Hill.
