Rosedale offers home buyers several alternative means of transportation. House buyers can depend on public transit to navigate Rosedale. For example, there is SB SAIT / AUArts / Jubilee CTrain Stn, Sunnyside Station and NB SAIT / AUArts / Jubilee CTrain Stn with access to the Red Line - Somerset - Bridlewood/Tuscany CTrain. There are about 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. Getting around on foot is also reasonably feasible for property owners in Rosedale; most daily needs are easy to carry out without a vehicle, and various businesses are fairly close by. Riding a bike is very adopted in this neighbourhood since the bicycling network is reasonably good.
Services Parents and their children will welcome that no matter where their property is situated in Rosedale, daycares and schools are close by. Regarding food, both general and specialty grocery stores are ordinarily accessible within a short stroll from most houses for sale in this part of Calgary.
