Our houses are taking longer to find buyers. Fewer sales this month and a predicted value of $650,931 that is dipping below the 3-month average of $656,748 - the market is taking a breather. On the neighbourhood leaderboard, Redstone houses rank 96 out of 233 Calgary neighbourhoods for growth. Above average, but not leading the pack. On the growth leaderboard, Redstone condos rank 59 out of 211 neighbourhoods. Solid. The predicted value sits at $409,582 - comfortably above Skyview Ranch's $346,119. The Secret Sauce: Why Your HonestDoor Price Is the Number That Actually Matters Right Now Here is the thing about your city tax assessment. It is a snapshot frozen in time. The city assessed Redstone houses at an average of $694,366. But the HonestDoor Price - which pulls from real, current market activity - puts that same house at $649,876.
