Don’t buy townhouse in quarry park the condo board and management company are crooks. Had a minor leak in my basement water was coming from the radon pipe. I call the management company because our walls our attached to another home asking what I should do they sent a contractor out to dry the minimal water on the baseboards. That contractor said that it probably is a leak coming from the slab because the rest of the dry wall is dry. I asked the management company who’s paying for this multiple times in emails. She never say kept on saying she would find out. Hey cut a small hole in the wall and seen it wasn’t from the slab. So they sent a plumper plumber blamed the roof. So management company sent out roofing company that put the roof on the townhouses ( which the condo board is suing because multiple roofs r leaking in these town houses) so of course there going to say it’s good who sends a roofing company to look at something that there getting sued for? 5 trades later I was the one who found the leak I had to cut the dry wall myself and find it. Condo board came back saying we had to pay for it after all the work was done. For a small leak it cost us 5200 bucks! Condo board backs the management company even though we have emails showing the management company not taking any responsibility in tell us that we are responsible. I had a quote after and that leak and the fix should of cost MAX 2000 dollars. So if u want to buy a townhouse in quarry park b prepared to pay thousands because the management company doesn’t care about owners money at all!!!!
