Its developer, United Communities, knew the location would give it tremendous appeal, says Steve LePan, marketing director at United. “It is a prime northwest location, accessed from Sarcee Trail and Shaganappi from Stoney Trail, which connects to Deerfoot Trail in the east and the TransCanada Highway in the west,” says LePan. “Nolan Hill is located one kilometre north of Beacon Hill Shopping Centre, for convenient access to restaurants and retail that includes Costco, Canadian Tire, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Starbucks and much more.
