We purchased a double wide approximately 2 yrs ago so far nothing but trouble, within 1.y 4 months the microwave caught fire, repairman said very lucky it didn't blow up, vents were put in backwards, recently dishwasher heating element cracked, we had a mobile home for 20yrs and no problems with anything, Grandview nothing but trouble, also the repair man said it seemed appliances were rebuilt not new but charged for new, having new doors put on this week sincevthe doors they put on warped, nobody came back to level the double wide even though numerous requests were asked nobody came whatsoever, furnace was not adequate enough having to buy another one,unfortunately too many more to listen called better business buearu Grandview estates said they never did business with us a friggin joke so byers beware all appliances need replaced after 2 yrs sickening, better off with a reliable company, as I said microwave couldn't of blow up completely either hurting someone or setting house on fire all because vents were put in backwards, bottom line. BUY ATNIR OWN RISK.
