Visited Drumheller Alberta on our last stop of our road trip around BC and Alberta from the UK, and really felt this was a great high note to finish on! This museum has the most impressive collection of complete dinosaur skeletons I've seen out of any I've been to before, with plenty of information and a clear, easy to follow route through the prehistoric time periods. There are a few interactive exhibits along the way, but information is mostly gleaned through reading so maybe not good for very young kids. We were particularly mesmerized by the preparation lab, which gives you an insight into the hard work behind the scenes. Museum gift shop is well priced with lots of selection, and the staff were all super friendly. There's also a short walk around the badlands next to the museum, which is great if you're interested in the geology of the area. We only had a brief time here due to it being our last day, so sadly only had a couple of hours here, but would definitely return!
