The Dalhousie area in Calgary is generally a great place to live. It’s a mature neighborhood with lots of amenities, schools, parks, and easy access to public transportation (including the Dalhousie LRT station). It’s also close to major shopping centers like Northland Village Mall and Market Mall. Many residents appreciate the sense of community and the convenience of the location. I don't personally live there, but I know a few people who do, and they’ve shared positive experiences. It’s always a good idea to visit the area at different times of the day to get a feel for the neighborhood. If you’re planning to buy a condo there, I’d recommend checking out the condo board rules and fees, as they can vary significantly between buildings.
