Coopers Crossing, We wanted to develop a great community for families; a community that would contribute to living a healthy, happy lifestyle.
We dreamed of a community that offered more to residents than homes and streets. We wanted to create a community where people visited with their neighbors and built relationships with them, where kids could be kids – safely exploring the pathways on bikes and playing on playgrounds that encouraged creativity and physical fitness. We wanted to create a place with a true sense of community that built memories for the families who call Cooper’s Crossing home.
Winning the Airdrie City View’s Best of Airdrie Reader’s Choice Awards is an honour. Thank you Airdrie for voting for us! Having Cooper’s Crossing named Best Community for seven years in a row tells us that our vision was meaningful; people like what they see and the lifestyle that is embodied in Cooper’s. We are proud that many of our residents call Cooper’s their forever neighbourhood, changing homes, but not communities, as the family grows or as kids move away.
We are pleased to introduce the Reynolds Collection, the newest phase in Cooper’s Crossing. The Reynolds Collection features more affordable lots just footsteps from a new school, greenspaces, paths, a grocery store, restaurants and shops.
