Transportation This neighbourhood has a good public transit network owing to a few nearby bus lines. However, Cityscape is not especially cycling-friendly. Nonetheless, this area features fairly good bicycling infrastructure, and there are a limited number of elevation changes. This area is not very well-suited for pedestrians as very few day-to-day needs can be met without a car. In contrast, cars are a great medium of transportation in this part of the city. Parking is easy, and the majority of properties for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway. Housing In Cityscape, the majority of buildings are single detached homes, while townhouses make up most of the remaining housing stock. Although this part of the city is especially good for those looking for three bedroom homes. Roughly 90% of the population of this neighbourhood own their home while the rest are renters. Most of the houses available in the housing market in this area were constructed after the year 2000, when most of the housing growth took place. There are no high schools and no primary schools in Cityscape. Moreover, families may find it very difficult to access daycares without a car. With respect to eating, it is very rarely practical for home buyers in Cityscape to travel to the closest supermarket by walking. Nonetheless, pharmacies are typically straightforward to get to as a pedestrian and provide some staple foods. There are also a few options for those who care about restaurants in close proximity.
