The poor infrastructure, meaning poorly laid out and unfinished roads. Building new neighbourhood with no plan to deal with traffic coming from these new areas. Putting another set of light and a new intersection in is not the answer. Why would you create another intersection when one already exists. I have lived in Chestermere almost my entire life, and the way this city (village) spends my tax payer dollars is ridiculous. Make these developers put in complete roads and infrastructure if they want sell homes in Chestermere. And figure out how to deal with the traffic before allowing them to build a thing.
