Beltline Calgary always wanted to visit this event and had to wait until retirement bucket list to finally attend. Absolutely worth it Food is an event to itself featuring pickle lemonades mac cheese ice cream and everything one can imagine that was fried including fried sticks of butter didn’t try those though. Exhibitions were awesome especially the agriculture pavilions. The rodeo of course was incredibly entertaining. Don’t be turned off if you are an eastern US city dazzling urbanite. Very exciting and entertaining. If we had to choose one event it’s the chuck wagon races.
