Bankview is located in the south west region of the city and is one of Calgary's oldest communities.It's enticing panoramic view's of downtown Calgary, and It's rich history makes Bankview a well sought after community to live in. Part of it's rich history includes September Heritage Day celebration which takes place annually and is celebrated by touring historic homes within the area. The Bankview community Association offers a vast array of activities
