The neighborhood is also home to several reputable schools that provide a high-quality education to students. One of the notable schools in Abbeydale is the Abbeydale School belonging to the Calgary Board of Education (CBE). It has been serving the community for more than four decades and offers education from kindergarten to Grade 5. It is renowned for its high-quality programming for literacy, numeracy, and technology. This school is committed to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes the development of active and responsible global citizens. Another school in the Abbeydale community is the Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha School, established in 2018, and is part of the Calgary Catholic School District (CCSD).
