The Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation is responsible for Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park’s Visitor Services. Look for the Visitor Information Centre and interpretive signage throughout the park. Don’t let the dreary days of winter keep you cooped up inside! Pedal the trails from the seat of a fat bike at Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park. With plenty of paths to choose from, you can spend all day rolling along next to the Bow River. While heading out into the cold might not sound like fun, the sturdy mount allows you to bike on terrain you might not ride otherwise. Keep your head, hands, and feet warm for optimal comfort, and you’ll be ready to ride for hours! Public programs at the park range from interpretive golf cart tours to family programs, all thanks to the Foundation at work! Their Discover Archaeology and Discover Grasslands school outreach programs are direct connections into the community. Sign up for a scheduled program from the online events calendar, or contact them to see what programs they can design to cater to your needs. Location: Hwy 1A between Cochrane and Calgary at Glenbow Road Hours: sunrise to sunset every day of the year.
