"I am so happy with Ryan's work! We were trying to sell a mobile home and were getting very discouraged after listening to some other agents talking about the bleak outlook in the market right now telling us that it would take about 6 months for our home to sell our home. Right from the start, Ryan was very different. Right off the bat he saw the value of our home and was very good at helping us price it just right. We listed with him on March 22nd and had an offer by April 21st. Ryan was always upbeat and confident and was always answered our questions in a very timely manner. In addition he gave us updates regularly which really helped with the stress of selling in a poor market. Our home was not a lot in value but he still worked very hard to get our home sold quickly and for the price we wanted. His guidance and advice was so appreciated. Thanks so much Ryan!"

We don't edit reviews. We don't delete them when an agent asks. Over the years, more than one agent has hung up the phone on me because I wouldn't take a critical review down. I'd rather lose the agent than lose the trust of the consumer reading this page.
If a client is unhappy, our policy is: don't argue with the review — call the client and fix the relationship. Some agents do that. Some don't. The review stays up either way.
I read every review myself. I've been doing this for 15 years. The job isn't to look perfect — it's to help buyers and sellers make real decisions, and to help agents get better. There are too many realtors with nothing but 5-star ratings, and that doesn't help anyone.
