Richard, really is an outstanding individual and realtor, he was involved with a couple of properties for us and worked extremely hard to bring it all together. He also was very forthcoming in providing information and advice on a few other matters long after we’d completed our deals.

Richard Palibroda is my secret real estate weapon. I have sold and purchased several homes with him in Crescent Heights and Mount Pleasant over the past six years. He comes across as easy going and laid back, but don't let that fool you - he is an aggressive negotiator and knows every single property in these communities, and can probably tell you the last three owners of each home off the top of his head, and what renovations they have done along the way. His knowledge and experience are second to none, and he is clearly passionate about these communities. I would highly recommend Richard - he is THE realtor that you want on your team!

Richard is well known in my community as the realtor with extensive inner city knowledge and sales success. When we purchased our beautiful inner city two-story dream house we choose Richard to represent us. He was extremely helpful in negotiations, closing the deal late into the evening on the same day the offer was first made.
Based on this success, we chose to list our 1920s inner city bungalow with Richard. The home is almost 100 years old and while in good shape, has a variety of issues that homes of that period have (absent a to-the-frame restoration). Richard toured the home and gave us very good advice on what should be (economically) improved upon to maximize the sale price of the house. After some affordable improvements, we listed with Richard. The feedback received from potential buyers viewing the property demonstrated the house showed very well and I am confident listing with Richard will maximize our sales price
