"My wife and I decided to list the home we built on Lake Newell so we could move closer to our kids. We talked with a few agents but once we talked to Rhonda Bellamy, we knew right away that’s who we wanted to list our home. We love our home, so selling it was very challenging and emotional for us. Our meeting started with an extensive review of the property, list price, items that go with the home and an overview of how this works, which is more technical than one would think. Our house sold in less than two weeks with offers coming in while we’re on vacation out of the country. Through all this, Rhonda was extremely professional and knowledgeable helping us go through some items that were more challenging than they needed to be, which was a huge help. I’m not sure if people realize how easy it is to mess up the sale of your home without a great agent, which we clearly had in Rhonda Bellamy. My wife and I would highly recommend Rhonda Bellamy to list your home or if you’re looking to purchase a new home. We can’t say enough about how happy we were with Rhonda as our agent!!
