Together, they operate as Team Durocher across Southern Alberta, drawing on over 40 years of combined experience in commercial and residential real estate. Chad represents the next generation, steadily growing into the business with a quiet confidence and strong work ethic. Under their patient and proven guidance, Chad is developing the instincts, integrity, and leadership skills needed to carry the family name confidently into the future. Beyond the office, Martin stays grounded through fishing, hunting, and gardening. He finds special purpose in helping first-time buyers and seniors achieve their homeownership dreams. After 50 years of serving the Calgary area community—including numerous volunteer awards and service on several Airdrie city committees—Martin also mentors and trains with Buffini and Company, shaping not just his own family’s future, but the next wave of agents across the region.
