She was only given some general requirements and a price range for this new home, which was not much to go on. She proved to be, not only a seasoned professional, but very personable. The first time we went out, I was so impressed with how well Laura arranged viewing houses that each offered something different and was able uncover what my MIL was wanting. Laura is not only a fantastic realtor, but she is also an excellent support system. It was a stressful time for us but Laura had a way about her that just reassured us that things would be okay. Laura was extremely responsive and moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the perfect house, working hard to make sure we saw things the moment they became available, ensured things were put into the offer that we would never have thought of, that we understood the process and timing of everything and even helped us with names of local lawyers and home inspectors we could use.
