"We recently had to move my mother-in-law into a seniors facility and needed to go through the process of selling her home. Having never gone through the process of selling a home we were in need of someone that could guide us through the process. We were fortunate enough to have Ken help us through this. Ken was very professional right from the beginning and went over and above to provide us with all the information we needed to make the decision to move forward. Once listed Ken walked us through the whole process and gave us daily updates. With Ken's expertise he was able to sell her house quickly and achieve the desired result. With my mother-in-law already moved into a senior facility Ken went out of his way to personally make sure my mother-in-law was happy with the sale and as a personal touch, even customized the sold sign with her last name.
