"We recently had to move my mother-in-law into a seniors facility and needed to go through the process of selling her home. With my mother-in-law already moved into a senior facility Ken went out of his way to personally make sure my mother-in-law was happy with the sale and as a personal touch, even customized the sold sign with her last name.
