"I highly recommend Glenn Herring as a realtor. I've purchased two homes with him, when I first moved to the city (2003), and again this year (2017). Both times, I had quite specific location and budget criteria, which Glenn was great about honouring -- he's very patient, prompt with calls and texts and very accommodating with viewing homes outside regular hours. He's very knowledgeable about market values, reasonable starting bids, etc. and recommended a great home inspector and real estate lawyer for my recent home purchase. Most importantly, Glenn is very genuine, which I can't say for some of the realtors I encountered at open houses."
