"My girlfriend and I have been looking for a house to grow our family in for about 6 months, going through 3 other real estate professionals other then Gary and we still couldn't find the house of our dreams. It was Gary that listened and understood what we were looking for. He took the time to look at the house before hand as we both had full time jobs and couldn't see all of the house available on the Calgary market. Also after view over 30 houses with the other real estate professionals, we were all in lost of hope. It was Garys second house, that we are now happily occupied. He suggested this house and after we told him we where to tired to go and view it, he took the time to convince us to come down as the deal and this house was not going to last. He was right. We bought that house that night. It is because of Gary's professional opinion, expertise, and advise that we are currently in the house of our dreams.
