"My girlfriend and I have been looking for a house to grow our family in for about 6 months, going through 3 other real estate professionals before Gary and we still couldn't find the house of our dreams. It was Gary that listened and understood what we were looking for. He took the time to look at the house before hand as we both had full time jobs and couldn't see all of the houses available on the Calgary market. Also after viewing over 30 houses with the other real estate professionals, we were beginning to lose hope. It was the second house Gary showed us, that we are now happily occupying. He suggested the house and after we told him we were too tired to go and view it, he took the time to convince us to come down as the deal and this house was not going to last. He was right.
