"If you want someone who goes above and beyond- its Chris. We put our house up for sale and immediately had interest. We weren’t sure we’d even be able to sell successfully considering the market at that time. Chris helped us pinpoint specific issues that had to be addressed with the home before we listed, and after we listed he would often check in with us to see how things were going. Anytime we called, he’d answer - even late into the evening. After we moved out and relocated to a new city, Chris would often check on the house. And as contractors stopped by to estimate prices on things that needed to be fixed, he would make sure to be there. He made this process so worry-free for us and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The house sold quickly, and we are so happy with the way things turned out.
