"I would recommend to anyone to choose Anne Lindsay when looking to sell or buy a home, especially those looking for homes on the west side of Calgary. Anne has a wealth of knowledge gained from living and working on the west side which is invaluable in choosing a neighbourhood in which to live. Anne was patient with us while helping us weed out the neighbourhoods in which we didn’t want to live and helped us to hone in on homes where we were interested in living. What I really liked about Anne is that she provided advice on what she thought the troublespots of the home were, particularily in areas where it was hard to picture, like how one would develop an unfinished basement. In many cases the building supports or plumbing were in the oddest locations which would make it troublesome to plan a layout around. We eventually found the home of our dreams with Anne and it was worth the wait. Anne never pressured us to ‘get a move on’ or even hinted that she was getting impatient with us for taking a long time to find a home. Her level of service never faltered throughout our time together. Anne’s connections with other Calgary realtors helped us find our home. Anne knew the sellers agent who we purchased our home from and was able to get us the very first showing of the home which was invaluable in ensuring that we wouldn’t be in a competitive bid situation. We had seen competitive bids increase the sales price of others homes by upwards of $25,000. A price we weren’t willing to pay. Upon purchasing we were anxious to sell our current home and Anne pulled through for us, selling our home on the first day and getting the terms and conditions that we wanted, for more money than we asked for. We couldn’t have asked for better service and will look to Anne in the future should we need her services again! "
