"Albert was extremely well prepared for each preview/showing date. He had timings, brochures and bookings as one would expect. He also knew our preferences and was excellent in engaging us in communicating and comparing. He did not express his own opinion unless asked. For example, when asked about changes or remodeling, he was very prepared how that would influence how it would meet our current list of preferences, but cautioned us on resale as that was a potential consideration we had. When we did put in an offer, he recommended a price based on the market, the value, and our consideration. This might seem normal, but requires a fair amount of knowledge, diplomacy, and respect for the seller and buyer. He was respectful to both of us as buyers, to the homes we viewed, and to the pandemic protocols. At every point in time, we knew we could depend on him for knowledge, clarity and honesty. It was extremely obvious that we was familiar with not only the market but also diverse neighbourhoods, which required "homework" as we did change our mind between city (central and outer) and suburban locations. He was able to provide clarity, followed up appropriately, and we are not novice home buyers. We are delighted with our purchase and have absolutely no hesitation or regrets."
