It was clear that Mary Lou had a very good sense of the inner city market, and Mount Royal in particular. When she was assessing our home, she asked and she listened. She provided us with lots of comparable listings and explained how our home fit within those parameters. No detail escaped her. Not all real estate agents are prepared to spend a lot on marketing, but Mary Lou demonstrated a willingness to spend whatever necessary to get our house noticed in what was clearly a buyers' market. She hired a special photographer and then another, when the first one did not capture the mood and detail of the house that she was looking for. Mary Lou’s communication skills are truly excellent.
