"Well, Tom Armstrong, from Remax, certainly had his hands full when he took on our search for a perfect home for my niece, Kailee, in July of 2022. We were in the market for a mobile trailer. Tom was very professional and kind, He took care of our search whole heartedly. He met with Kailee several times to look at these homes and was always available and accommodated our schedule and needs. In fact, he went over and above. His communication skills were excellent as I reside in Sherwood Park and Kailee in is Calgary. He quickly picked up on both my wishes and hers. Unfortunately, because of my learning curb in purchasing a mobile home, I actually put in a few offers and not one of them came through. The irony is that not one of them had to do with money. Tom's sense of humor matched mine, and with a little patience, the result was the best case scenario. In the end, we got a great deal on the most beautiful home we could have imagined, and I believe it was because Tom persevered and listened to us. We didn't settle and got a product that is what we wanted. This is Kailee's first home with her two boys, Zack and Willis, and it means everything to them. Kailee received this home because of her Mom who passed away in March of 2021. It was a very personal purchase and Tom Armstrong exceeded our expectations. The possession day couldn't have been better. Everyone went out of their way to make it a special occasion. Kailee's and her Mom's dream have become a reality. We can't thank Tom enough!
