Scott was an excellent agent. This was my first time in the restate market. Scott guided me on expectations, and what I could achieve. He was patient and always in my corner. He moved quickly and not only negotiate a reduced price but when there was issues on the last walk through he negotiated with the other realtor to have the issues to be addressed in a expedient manner. He contacted my lender when they had created an error, which helped me get a reduced price. He can recommend professionals to assist you in a number of aspects beyond just restate such as lawyers, inspectors, and painters. I would high recommend Scott to be your agent.
