Joan & Peter Crockatt April 22nd 2024 SOLD - over list- in ONE day!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Review of Rooney, Cronin + Valentine, Calgary estate agents To be completely frank, as House sellers, we wondered if we actually needed a realtor to sell our house in the hot Calgary market. We put our toes in the water on our own for 2 weeks with a professionally made sign on the lawn and my husband’s phone number in 400 point type (that’s big!) We entertained a virtual flood of lookers and didn’t land a deal. Enter Donna Rooney. It took Donna an hour to convince us we should entrust her with selling our house, review all the comps, agree on a listing price and sign the documents.
