becoming a licensed residential real estate associate includes but not limited to:

- Mortgage Specialist with CIBC in a day and age when we actually met clients face to face and
manually did calculations, checks etc. and had authority to make decisions. I was the number 1
producing individual with the bank. I understand credit and the rational behind decisions as well having contacts to assit you attain your goals.

- Self employed contractor renovating and building homes. Having completed major renovations
and building custom homes I have an indepth knowledge of the entire process. While we walk
through a home together I take a critical look at how the home was built and the quality of
material and workmanship throughout.  You will go into transactions with your eyes wide open.

- Certified Condominium Specialist C.C.S. is a designation I have which I obtained due to the
increased demand and the complexity of condominium transactions in the Greater Calgary Area.
I have taken many other courses through our industry and partners over the years but none
have proven as valuable as this one. Many take courses on how to market themselves, I focus
my energy on you, your home, or your future home, not on me. I have been contracted to assist
in setting up condo corporations from scratch, this lead to the successful marketing of all units
in a very timely manner and an extremely satisfied client now enjoying retirement.  The indepth knowledge I bring to the table will be a huge benefit to you in a successful transaction.

- Country Residential planning, development, subdivision, maintenance and marketing. Having
moved to Springbank just west of Calgary in 1995 I have had many experiences that will benefit
you if you are going down that path. For myself and others I have built, subdivided, sold, put in
roads, septic fields/tanks, tapped into major waterlines, dealt with rodents, gave my consistent
recommendation on wanted and unwanted nearby developments, and the list goes on.  You don't get this experience in a classroom.
