With a B.A. in Economics from the University of Calgary and a minor in business, I bring a analytical, data-driven approach to Calgary real estate. • Both parents born and raised in Alberta; father holds a Doctorate in Medicine (U of A), mother trained as an X-ray technician.
• Two brothers in Edmonton, one sister in Kitchener.
• As a child of a 30-year Canadian Armed Forces veteran, lived in Germany, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Ontario, and British Columbia.
• Attended high school in Victoria (Class Valedictorian), moved to Calgary to attend U of C.

Real Estate Experience

• Bought first piece of real estate in 1990: an AHMC foreclosure, renovated and sold for a $17,300 profit.
• Currently own an up/down duplex revenue property.
• Experience in residential resale, investment properties, and relocation.
• Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Condominium Specialist (CREB-CCS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).

Personal Approach

• I take one day a week off for family, and one weekend a month—balance leads to better service.
• My personal interests include hiking, kayaking, downhill skiing and several volunteer community activities.
