Meet Gizella Davis
Having started in real estate in 1976, I have literally been through thousands of homes and estates these past 46 years and have mastered all types of market conditions and challenges.
I am extremely hands on for all my listings, and regardless of price all my clients are given the royal treatment, I believe that my clients become like family and that doesn't end when the transaction is completed, I can’t count the baby showers, weddings and other milestones I’ve been invited to be part of.
Service includes grooming the property for each showing, deactivating any alarm, turning on lights, adjusting window coverings etc, to produce the optimum viewing environment for a buyer. My tasks range from conducting negotiations at the highest levels, to ensuring that a burned out light bulb is changed…whatever is required. I provide follow up, accurate and insightful market analysis, timely reviews and, of course, expert networking and negotiating skills.
I have been lucky to find my partner Jemma who believes in the same level of care to clients that I do. Jemma works mostly behind the scenes but is a fully licensed Realtor and very capable, together we are able to go above and beyond our clients expectations. Jemma has recently completed her ePro designation and is also a registered Seniors Real Estate Specialist. We have been working together for the past 11 years and she knows me and my business inside and out.
