This selling experience with Ken (and Glenn) was top notch. It was a rural acreage property sale. These types of sales tend to take an extended time to come to closure and also require extensive travel and visits and showings. Ken and the team were extremely supportive and available for the many visits and showings that took place. There were a number of verbal and written offers that had to be processed and worked through and Ken was extremely helpful in absorbing and educating us and responding to the offers. After the final offer was accepted our property needed to have all the furniture and such removed and readied for the new owners. Ken and team were there for us to manage the packing and moving and cleaning and touchups and many many tasks. They assisted in the cost of these activities and did a significant amount of phone calling, onsite visits, trade supervisions, etc. We cannot say enough how helpful Ken and team were in making this sale complete smoothly. They were so helpful that we did not have to travel in from out of province at all to facilitate and assist the closing. Thanks to Ken and team. Well done.
